PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia recently hosted the i-SHOP Gathering Jabodetabek on Friday (August 21). Attended by 27 i-SHOP dealers from the Jakarta, Bekasi, and Tangerang regions, this event is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen relationships and enhance collaboration within the i-SHOP dealer partner network.
Held in a more interactive setting, the meeting provided a dedicated space for DAIKIN management and i-SHOP dealers to share insights on current market conditions, discuss business progress, and explore various support programs tailored for dealer partners.
The i-SHOP program is a specialized DAIKIN dealer partnership designed to deliver comprehensive solutions for residential and light commercial air conditioning needs. Beyond just sales, i-SHOP services cover professional installation and ongoing unit maintenance. To ensure top-tier service delivery, all consultants and technicians undergo rigorous DAIKIN-specific certification processes tailored to their respective competencies.
With a network spread across various regions in Indonesia, the i-SHOP dealer partnership network also serves as a strategic initiative by DAIKIN to further promote the adoption of energy-efficient Inverter technology air conditioners.
Through presentation sessions, participants gained valuable insights into the strategic initiatives DAIKIN has prepared to support mutual business growth. Meanwhile, the discussion segments allowed DAIKIN to directly hear perspectives and feedback from i-SHOP dealers, particularly regarding current market trends. This exchange of viewpoints aims to strengthen synergy and serve as a foundation for developing programs that are increasingly aligned with evolving market demands.
