About Competition Challenge

Participants were asked to make an interior design for a cluster house located in Navapark (BSD, Tangerang) with a building area of ​​300 - 400m2. The house is planned to be occupied by Kimberly Ryder along with her husband and two children.

Regulations and Requirements

Interior Design Conceptual

The competition is open to Professional Architects and Interior Designers as well as members of HDII/IAI.

Conceptual Interior design with Navapark Lakewood Type 12 .

  • layout 3D Perspective Rendering Interior of the entire room (2-3 3D Perspective/room)
  • Air conditioning system design using a VRV HS
  • Layout Furniture unit with product selection Magran Living
  • Lighting Layout & Moodboard

Competitors can be individually or in groups.

One participant can only follow one work.

Presentation Material which consists of:

  • Architectural/Interior design and layout concepts
  • Macro and environmental analysis
  • Use of Green Materials
  • Air Conditioning System Design (Unit Plotting, Piping, Ducting)
