Held throughout last November, PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia (DAIKIN) conducted the 2nd i-SHOP Region Conference simultaneously. As the name suggests, these meetings were organized for DAIKIN business partners within the i-SHOP dealer network across their respective regions.
Building upon the initial Kick-off meeting for i-SHOP business partners, this event allowed DAIKIN to present the nationwide progress of the i-SHOP network as well as updates for each specific region. Additionally, DAIKIN introduced various programs designed to support and drive the growth of i-SHOP dealers' businesses.
i-SHOP is a specialized DAIKIN dealer partnership established to provide comprehensive solutions for residential and light commercial air conditioning needs. To support these services, consultant staff and technicians have undergone dedicated DAIKIN certification processes tailored to their respective competencies. Furthermore, the i-SHOP dealer network represents DAIKIN's strategic initiative to further promote the adoption of energy-efficient inverter AC technology.
The i-SHOP Region Conference also serves as a collaborative forum for open dialogue between DAIKIN and its participating dealer partners. During these sessions, valuable feedback from dealers provided crucial insights for DAIKIN to design enhanced support strategies, ensuring the continued strengthening of i-SHOP's presence and service delivery across all regions.
This second iteration of the i-SHOP Region Conference was structured into five segments based on geographic areas. Throughout November, events included the i-Shop West Region Conference on November 25, 2024, covering Batam and Pekanbaru, followed by the i-Shop Central Region Conference on November 26, 2024, for Jakarta and Bekasi.
Moving into December, the schedule featured the i-Shop East Region Conference on December 10, 2024, for dealers in Bali, Yogyakarta, Makassar, Manado, Semarang, and Surabaya. This was followed by another i-Shop West Region Conference on December 13, 2024, for Medan and Palembang dealers. The series concluded with the i-Shop Central Region Conference on December 17, 2024, hosting dealers from Tangerang and Bandung.
