Through its Palembang representative office, PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia (DAIKIN) organized a specialized seminar for technicians operating in the Pangkal Pinang area and surrounding regions. A total of 118 technicians attended the event, which took place on January 24.
While technician seminars are a regular initiative for DAIKIN, this marks the first time the program has been hosted in the Pangkal Pinang region. This strategic move supports DAIKIN’s ongoing commitment to expanding professional networks while elevating the technical knowledge of local service providers.
Throughout the session, participants gained valuable insights into DAIKIN’s comprehensive product portfolio and best practices for routine AC maintenance. They also received a detailed overview of the Aircon Utility Business (AUB) division. As the name implies, AUB is DAIKIN’s dedicated business line focused on supplying high-quality installation materials, specialized tools, and accessories.
The high level of participant engagement was clearly demonstrated through active discussions during each presentation segment. Many technicians specifically highlighted their interest in the AUB product range, which is engineered to deliver measurable improvements in overall AC system performance and reliability.
