Recently, Daikin introduced its ‘one stop solution’ service in several major Indonesian cities. Known as the Professional Shop or Daikin ProShop, this service has been operating since 2015. Daikin ProShop has continuously expanded, formalizing a business partnership with a Daikin ProShop dealer in Tangerang in 2017. Over the years, its presence has grown across various Indonesian cities. Currently, ProShop Showrooms are available in several major cities, including Jabodetabek (10 ProShop Showrooms) and Surabaya (4 ProShop Showrooms). In 2020, Daikin ProShop Indonesia partnered with PT Mechtron Mastevi Indonesia (MMI), which was officially inaugurated on October 10, 2020, at Jl. T. Amir Hamzah No. 38A, Medan, North Sumatra. Strengthening the Daikin ProShop business network, MMI serves as the 15th ProShop showroom and the first in Medan. As a result, the total number of official Daikin ProShop dealers in Indonesia now stands at 34. Daikin ProShop Indonesia sets a target of reaching 18 showrooms nationwide.
The establishment of MMI in Medan during the pandemic has not dampened their enthusiasm to remain present within the community, providing services and air conditioning solutions tailored to their target market segment. Their operational business preparations were executed with meticulous professionalism down to the finest details. The inauguration of MMI in Medan was driven by numerous customer requests for comprehensive AC solutions, particularly for AC Home Central systems.
