In mid-July, DAIKIN partnered with the East Java Provincial Manpower and Transmigration Office (Disnakertrans) to conduct a training program for refrigeration instructors.
The three-day training, held from July 14 to 16, took place at DAIKIN's training center in Surabaya.
The event was attended by 20 instructors from Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) across various regions in East Java.
During the program, the DAIKIN training team delivered two core modules: an update on residential AC installation practices and an introduction to inverter AC technology, covering troubleshooting for common issues encountered in these systems.
All materials were delivered through a blend of theoretical lectures and hands-on practical sessions. This approach aims to strengthen conceptual understanding while simultaneously enhancing the participants' technical skills.
The training curriculum was carefully designed with consideration of the instructors' strategic role as frontline facilitators in workforce competency development.
