Collaborating with its authorized dealers, Daikin ProShop Indonesia is dedicated to delivering comprehensive AC solutions, particularly for Home Central systems. Customers can rest assured knowing that official Daikin ProShop dealers are fully certified in providing AC solutions and implement their proprietary approach known as the Kaidan Method.
The Kaidan Method encompasses 12 stages in the AC design and installation process, aimed at ensuring maximum system performance. These steps include:

Through ProShop, Daikin also aims to address the growing consumer demand for Home Central AC systems, which previously lacked adequate market availability. Many consumers were unsure where to purchase these specialized systems, as few retail outlets had adopted the Home Central concept at the time. To bridge this gap, Daikin introduced dedicated showrooms through the ProShop network.
Every Daikin ProShop provides four distinct value-added benefits for customers: an extended compressor warranty of up to five years, a one-year installation warranty, round-the-clock maintenance and after-sales support (terms and conditions apply), and direct supervision by Daikin for every installed unit.
It is also worth noting that the ProShop concept in Indonesia is part of Daikin’s global service framework. Indonesia is the ninth country to host Daikin ProShops, following Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
