DAIKIN Indonesia has once again achieved regional recognition by securing the Runner-Up 2 position at the KIWAMI FY25 event. As an inter-affiliate competition within the Daikin network across the ASEAN-Oceania (ASE-Oce) region, this platform showcases successful implementation stories of maintenance programs to foster learning and development among all affiliates.
For this competition, DAIKIN Indonesia presented a selected project. The initiative was chosen to address challenges related to temperature control, which previously relied on manual analysis and fixed schedules, resulting in suboptimal energy and labor efficiency.
By implementing the Airnet system and AI Marutto, DAIKIN Indonesia effectively addressed these challenges, achieving a 12% improvement in energy efficiency over a three-month trial period. This solution also enables real-time energy consumption monitoring and provides data-driven recommendations for further savings.
This success is also attributed to continuous communication with end-users through regular reporting. These updates enhance awareness regarding energy consumption, operational hours, and proactive readiness to prevent potential equipment failures.
Beyond the recognition received, this achievement serves as strong motivation for the DAIKIN Indonesia maintenance team to expand similar implementations while continuing to develop and enhance future service offerings.
