Running simultaneously since mid-last month, DAIKIN has been hosting the i-SHOP Regional Conference. Inviting i-SHOP dealers grouped by their respective regions, the main agenda focused on updates regarding a series of plans and program presentations prepared as a follow-up to last November’s Kick-Off Meeting.
Beyond that, each session dedicated a segment for dealer representatives to communicate directly with DAIKIN management. This went beyond the presented materials, creating opportunities to provide valuable feedback for the future growth of the DAIKIN i-SHOP network.
First introduced toward the end of last year, DAIKIN i-SHOP represents a new category of specialized DAIKIN dealers. As part of efforts to boost Inverter AC sales for residential and light commercial buildings, this dealer tier offers distinct advantages such as support from certified technicians and promoters acting as consultants, ensuring a higher level of customer service convenience.
The DAIKIN i-SHOP Conference sessions were held sequentially, starting with the Eastern Region event in Surabaya on May 13, 2024, which invited dealers from Bali, Yogyakarta, Makassar, Manado, Surabaya, and Semarang. This was followed by the Western Region meeting in Medan on May 15, 2024, featuring dealers from Batam, Medan, and Pekanbaru.
In Jakarta, the meetings were conducted twice with separate invitee lists. On May 30, the session catered to dealers from Bekasi, Bandung, Jakarta, and Tangerang. Meanwhile, at the beginning of June, specifically on June 3, another session was held for dealers from Batam and Palembang.
