Held over three days starting January 16, DAikin’s Bali branch organized the Consultant Incentive Training. By inviting members of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineers Association (AEMEP), the event served as a platform for companies to enhance collaboration with the association that oversees relevant experts and professionals. This was achieved through sharing insights on HVAC solutions while strengthening professional rapport between both parties.
This objective guided the event’s structure, combining training sessions with activities designed to foster camaraderie. This aligns with DAikin’s perspective on building relationships with consultants—not merely as business partners, but as collaborative alliances that evolve together to deliver optimal solutions for end-users.
The materials presented were specifically crafted to enhance and align understanding regarding DAikin and its business solutions. Simultaneously, the sessions opened perspectives on current market trends and project requirements in Bali.
Key topics included an introduction to Marutto solutions, design discussions based on local Bali project case studies, Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ), and the unique features of DAikin products. During one session, there was even a simulation of consultant group presentations tackling a project case study. This format ensured the event comprehensively covered all aspects, from product introduction to discussing applications relevant to each project’s specific needs.
Participant enthusiasm throughout the event marked the successful execution of sharing insights while building stronger connections between the company and consulting engineers.
