As part of its ongoing commitment to keeping technician knowledge up-to-date, PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia (DAIKIN) organized a specialized seminar for service technicians in Palembang and Medan on December 19. The event drew strong participation, with roughly 100 attendees in each location.

The curriculum encompassed product overviews, technical installation guidelines, troubleshooting methodologies, and routine maintenance procedures. Complementing these sessions, DAIKIN showcased its Aircon Utility Business (AUB) portfolio, a dedicated business line offering essential accessories designed to optimize AC installation and operational performance.

The seminar also provided an opportunity to further introduce the DAIKIN Nusantara Prestige AC series. Available in three models, this inaugural Indonesian-manufactured residential AC line was engineered specifically to address local climate and usage demands. It features specialized protective coatings on critical components for superior corrosion resistance, integrated air filtration systems to promote indoor air quality, and enhanced durability to withstand Indonesia’s fluctuating power supply conditions.

Through the comprehensive insights delivered across both seminars, DAIKIN reinforces the pivotal role of technicians as the frontline interface between the brand and end-users. By facilitating these knowledge-sharing initiatives, DAIKIN aims to deepen product understanding and elevate installation and maintenance standards, ultimately ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
