With a background as a General Contractor, Tangga Era Batu (TEB) was established in 1987. Since then, the business has continuously grown, expanding into AC competencies after being appointed as an electrical panel service provider by one of Indonesia's prominent state-owned enterprises.
To strengthen its market position, TEB officially joined as a Daikin Proshop Dealer in 2013 and opened its third Daikin Proshop Showroom in Indonesia in 2014.

As part of its initiative to expand Daikin Proshop services, Tangga Era Batu officially inaugurated a new Daikin Proshop Showroom located at Jl. Dr. Saharjo No. 38B, Ps. Manggis, South Jakarta, on May 7, 2021.
The Tangga Era Batu Daikin Proshop Showroom features an Experience Zone concept, allowing Pro-People (Professional Enthusiasts of Daikin Proshop) to view live displays of Daikin Home Central units and directly observe and interact with examples of proper AC installations. This greatly assists consumers, particularly Daikin enthusiasts, in realizing comfort and elegance within a single total package. The Daikin TEB Proshop goes beyond mere cooling needs, delivering high-quality, clean air rather than simply providing cold air.

- Installation following Daikin’s Kaidan Method standards
- Installation tools adhering to Daikin standards
- After-sales service featuring a 5-year Daikin Home Central Compressor Warranty (standard is 3 years)
