DAIKIN has launched a dedicated appreciation program for technicians. Titled the “DAIKIN Installer Program”, this six-month initiative running from June 2 coincides with the one-year anniversary of the Nusantara Prestige AC launch.
“This program is designed to recognize the technicians who have played a vital role in the successful rollout of the Nusantara Prestige AC since its launch last year. As the direct point of contact for end-users, technicians are instrumental in ensuring top-tier installation workmanship and optimal maintenance for customers,” stated Alexander Eko Wibowo, General Manager of Retail Sales at PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia.
Through this initiative, DAIKIN provides special incentives for every technician who installs a unit from the Nusantara Prestige series. Running nationally for six months starting June 2, 2026, the program rewards technicians with an incentive ranging from IDR 50,000 to IDR 100,000 for each successfully installed Nusantara Prestige AC model.
The Nusantara Prestige marks DAIKIN’s first residential air conditioner manufactured at its Indonesian facility. Introduced last June, this series features three models: ALPHA Inverter, BETA Inverter, and SMS. Bearing the “Made in Indonesia” label, this product line demonstrates DAIKIN’s commitment to delivering residential cooling solutions tailored to the needs of Indonesian households while upholding the renowned Japanese quality standards that define the brand’s reputation.
