JAKARTA (DAIKIN) – PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia, the leading Japanese air conditioning manufacturer, recently hosted a hybrid online-offline Solution Seminar for partners across multiple regions.
The attendees included authorized dealers, Mechanical & Electrical (ME) consultants, and property developers. Participants joined from Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and the Sumatra region.
True to its hybrid format, the seminar offered both in-person and virtual attendance options. Attendees from Bandung and nearby areas participated on-site, while those from other regions joined remotely via a secure online platform.
Held on October 23 at the Trans Luxury Hotel Ballroom in Bandung, West Java, the event drew approximately 250 participants. The program was further enlivened by engaging quizzes and interactive games tailored for both on-site and remote attendees.
Conducted in strict compliance with health and social distancing protocols, the seminar left a lasting impression on all attendees. Remote participants gained hands-on insights into the latest Daikin AC units and their key advantages through a dedicated virtual showroom. Meanwhile, on-site guests explored these features directly at the physical Experience Zone booths.
Virtual attendees navigated an immersive digital showroom showcasing Daikin’s latest commercial and residential solutions for offices, hotels, healthcare facilities, and industrial plants. On-site participants had the opportunity to interact directly with live product demonstrations focused on office and hospitality applications.
The integration of both virtual and physical experience zones marks a strategic innovation in Daikin’s partner engagement initiatives. This dual approach effectively bridges the gap between technology and accessibility, bringing Daikin’s advanced climate control solutions closer to partners and end-users alike.
