JAKARTA - Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia successfully hosted the New Dealer Development Seminar in Jakarta on November 6, followed by training sessions on November 9–10, 2020. The seminar was attended by hundreds of new dealers from Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang, Surabaya, Sumatra, and Manado.
This event marked Daikin’s first time conducting a seminar through an online platform. Participant enthusiasm was evident, with a 100% attendance rate. During the seminar, each dealer received essential motivation, technical support, after-sales service information, and training on how to effectively sell Daikin products and develop their AC businesses. Following the seminar, dealers participated in comprehensive product training sessions led by certified Daikin trainers. Dealers also had the opportunity to virtually observe live unit demonstrations of AC products directly from the Daikin National Training Center in Sunter, Jakarta.
Since its establishment in 2012, PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia has consistently expanded its dealer network across the country. This initiative remains one of Daikin’s core annual activities.
Last year, Daikin’s dealer network surpassed 1,200 outlets, and this number continues to grow annually. The network currently spans Sumatra, Java, Bali, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi. We have many more areas planned for expansion, and we will continue to strengthen and widen our dealer network moving forward.
