To close out 2024, PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia (DAIKIN) launched a compassionate relief initiative.
Through its DAIKIN Disaster Relief program, the Japanese air conditioning solutions provider distributed essential food packages to communities impacted by the flash floods that struck Sukabumi earlier this December.
On December 30, DAIKIN handed over more than 300 essential food package sets directly to families still in need of assistance. Alip Haryanto, Head of DAIKIN’s Bandung Branch and surrounding areas, personally participated in the distribution event.
For the distribution of these essential goods, DAIKIN partnered with Yayasan Benih Baik Indonesia. Operating through benihbaik.com, a dedicated donation fundraising platform, this collaboration ensures that all contributions meet actual needs and reach the intended recipients effectively.
DAIKIN hopes that this support will inspire and uplift recipient families as they navigate their recovery journey, complementing the ongoing rehabilitation efforts led by the government and relevant institutions.
