Through its regional representative in Palembang, PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia organized an intensive training program for consultants. A total of 24 professionals participated in this event. While similar training initiatives are not new to DAIKIN, hosting this session in the Palembang area marks the first time the company has conducted such a program in this region.
During the two-day training held on February 25–26, DAIKIN delivered comprehensive presentations on its latest range of innovative products tailored for residential, commercial, and healthcare applications. Participants also gained valuable insights into designing building HVAC systems using DAIKIN VRV air conditioners, supported by DAIKIN’s dedicated engineering software.
The integration of DAIKIN’s design software significantly streamlines the HVAC system planning process, making it both more efficient and highly precise in delivering optimal indoor comfort. This accuracy is achieved through detailed calculations of ambient thermal loads alongside tailored recommendations for the most suitable VRV configurations.
Beyond expanding the technical expertise of participating consultants, this intensive training further reinforces DAIKIN’s commitment to strengthening professional relationships among key stakeholders in the air conditioning solutions industry. Ultimately, these enhanced partnerships aim to foster deeper collaboration, resulting in improved service delivery and greater end-user satisfaction.
