PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia (DAIKIN) recently visited Universitas Pakuan in Bogor on May 9. Taking the opportunity to deliver a special lecture, the company presented various materials related to the air conditioning industry to students from the Faculty of Engineering.
The presentation was structured progressively, starting with the fundamentals of AC unit operation. Beyond residential applications, DAIKIN also covered AC solutions for industrial facilities and commercial buildings. Additionally, the session provided insights into comprehensive Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
A key highlight of the session was an overview of Inverter AC technology. As an innovation that delivers superior energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, its introduction aligns with DAIKIN’s support for government initiatives aimed at energy conservation and sustainable technology adoption.
This event is part of DAIKIN’s educational social initiative, "DAIKIN Goes To Campus." Designed to enhance students’ understanding of the industry—particularly air conditioning solutions, which have been DAIKIN’s core specialization for over a century globally—the program involves simultaneous campus visits throughout the year.
