- Promo period: February 24 – March 31, 2026
- Valid exclusively for DAIKIN Nusantara Prestige Inverter AC series, specifically: ALPHA Inverter (FTKH-Y) and BETA Inverter (FTKE-Y) models
- Coverage begins 30 days from the purchase date upon presentation of the warranty card and purchase receipt (invoice)
- Applies only to units reported via the DAIKIN Contact Center at 0800 1 081 081 or Official WhatsApp 0811 9 048 058, and after inspection by an authorized DAIKIN Technician
- New unit replacement applies solely to defects not caused during the installation process, in accordance with the terms stated on the DAIKIN Warranty Card
- Replacement is limited strictly to the faulty component only (either the Indoor unit or Outdoor unit)
- Customers will NOT be charged any fees for the new unit replacement process. This includes all dismantling, reinstallation, and material costs (including refrigerant)
WARRANTY IS VOID OR INVALID IF:
- Damage results from misuse, accidental drops, negligence, unauthorized alterations/modifications by third parties, natural disasters (e.g., fire, earthquake, lightning strikes, floods, etc.), or external factors such as mold, pests, and viruses
- The unit's serial number has been removed, erased, or defaced
- The product is installed for purposes other than its intended function
- The unit is connected to a power supply with voltage levels that do not match the technical specifications indicated on the unit
