Once again, three trainers from PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia (DAIKIN) have successfully obtained global certification for their instructional capabilities. This milestone was confirmed upon their successful completion of the DID Trainer Authorized Certification program. As part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen human resource quality, this certification aligns with DAIKIN’s global standards, specifically the Authorized Overseas Training Center (AOTC) and Daikin Industries Ltd. (DIL) frameworks.
The program is designed to ensure that every DAIKIN trainer meets the quality standards applied globally across all DAIKIN operational regions worldwide. Key competencies evaluated under this certification include subject matter expertise, teaching proficiency, and hands-on practical skills.

Given its rigorous objectives, achieving this certification is no small feat. Prior to enrollment, participants must first complete the Train to Trainer stage. This preparatory phase equips trainers with effective learning methodologies, appropriate communication techniques, and the ability to systematically develop and deliver training materials.
Only upon completing this prerequisite are participants eligible to undergo the DID Trainer Authorized Certification assessment. Conducted in-person, the evaluation is carried out by previously certified trainers to maintain strict objectivity and assessment quality.
The success of these three DAIKIN trainers in Indonesia in achieving this global competency certification will further bolster the availability of highly qualified professional trainers within the organization. With a more empowered training team, the goal is to elevate the delivery of high-quality training programs, thereby continuously maintaining and enhancing the technical competency of DAIKIN service technicians.
