Daikin Indonesia continues to strive for enhancing customer service in Bali. Located at Jl. Gatot Subroto Barat No. 378, Ubung, North Denpasar District, the new branch has officially opened under the new normal phase.
Embracing the modern open-space concept, the Daikin Bali branch stands out as the only location featuring a dedicated co-working area and activity-based open zones, prioritizing the safety of both employees and visitors. The Daikin Bali co-working space is open to anyone wishing to visit and discuss air conditioning (AC) systems. As widely known, AC systems are Daikin’s core business competency; this Japanese air conditioning company has been serving Indonesia for over 50 years.
Driven by continuous annual growth, Daikin Bali relocated to a new building to accommodate increasing demands. The newly established office goes beyond a traditional workspace; alongside open areas and co-working facilities, it features a showroom displaying various Daikin AC unit applications, including solutions for villas, hotels, isolation rooms, and advanced system control applications that simplify AC management using cutting-edge, energy-efficient technologies. The relocation was officially inaugurated by Ching Khim Huat, President Director of Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia, accompanied by Budi Mulia (Director), Shinji Miyata (Sales Director), and other senior management members of Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia. Daikin Bali Branch Leader, Nyoman Agus Surya Atmaja, stated, “Daikin Bali remains consistently committed to enhancing customer service and proactively adapting to business developments.”
Daikin Bali also conducts regular training programs covering all types of AC systems. The meeting room is specifically designed and equipped with LED TVs and audio systems to support training activities. Recognizing that quality improvement extends beyond just AC products to include after-sales service, Daikin ensures comprehensive support. These globally standardized Daikin training programs aim not only to enhance technicians' skills but also to equip them with in-depth knowledge of AC systems, enabling trained professionals to establish their own independent careers. Through this relocation, Daikin aims to guarantee that the supply of AC units and the quality of service for the people of Bali are fully met.
