One notable example is the training focused on room heat load calculation. Beyond providing a foundational understanding of how to calculate a space's heat load, this program is specifically designed to help participants accurately determine the optimal cooling capacity required for any given room.
Most recently, DAIKIN hosted this training at the DAIKIN National Training Center in Sunter, North Jakarta, on May 17. Attended by 15 participants from dealer networks and the general public, the session combined fundamental heat load calculation concepts with hands-on practice using the specialized DAIKIN Heat Load Calculation software. As its name suggests, this software is specifically engineered to measure a room's heat load based on various environmental and structural factors.
To complement this, participants also had the opportunity to use VRV Express software. While the Heat Load Calculation tool provides precise heat load measurements and recommends the necessary cooling capacity, VRV Express assists in selecting the appropriate VRV air conditioner units. It generates tailored system designs featuring optimized combinations of indoor and outdoor units based on the previously calculated cooling requirements.
This DAIKIN Heat Load Calculation training is part of a regular monthly program organized by DAIKIN. Conducted in-person, attendees are required to bring their own laptops to support the hands-on sessions.
