Held in Palembang on September 22, PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia organized a specialized seminar for air conditioning technicians. This event is part of DAIKIN’s ongoing commitment to continuously upgrading the technical capabilities of AC professionals across various regions in Indonesia.
Furthermore, this initiative reflects DAIKIN’s effort to actively contribute to the development of professional associations that represent AC technicians partnering with DAIKIN to deliver services to end-users. This collaborative approach is clearly demonstrated by the diverse group of attendees participating in the event.
The seminar was attended by 116 technicians, comprising 55 members from the Cooling and Air Conditioning Association (APITU), 49 members from the Indonesian Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians Association (ASISI), and 12 independent freelance technicians.
Key topics covered during the session included the intricacies of installing various DAIKIN air conditioner models, catering to both residential and commercial applications.
The program also introduced the DAIKIN Aircon Utility Business line, which provides essential accessories and components designed to ensure optimal system performance. These include specialized piping, filters, and installation support tools that strictly adhere to DAIKIN’s recommended standards.
DAIKIN hopes that this seminar will serve as a valuable resource for technicians to stay updated with comprehensive knowledge aligned with the latest advancements in the AC industry. Ultimately, this will lead to enhanced service delivery and greater customer satisfaction.
