PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia was established in June 2012 and is part of Daikin Global to provide world-class quality products and serve the Indonesian market with diverse customer needs. Currently PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia has a distribution network of 13 branches in the cities of Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Medan, Manado, more than 1,200 dealers and more than 500 service points in Indonesia.
To manage after-sales service and product-related inquiries in Indonesia, PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia has integrated a customer service center.
