Daikin Proshop Designer Awards 2020

JAKARTA (Daikin) - Daikin Proshop held the Daikin Designer Awards Competition in commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of Daikin Indonesia. This event is a form of appreciation to talented Architects and Interior Designers in the country, in particular for contributing and collaborating with Daikin Proshop Indonesia by applying AC Home Central as the chosen air conditioning solution for residential applications.



The Daikin Designer Awards Competition is organized by Daikin Proshop in collaboration with the DKI Jakarta Indonesian Interior Designers Association (HDII) and the Indonesian Architects Association (IAI) Jakarta. Cosmas D. Gozali (IAI Jakarta) and Alex Bayusaputro (HDII Jakarta), two well-known names in the world of Indonesian architecture and well-known professionals in their fields, were the judges for this event.


The Daikin Designer Awards Competition is open from September 30, 2020 to October 30, 2020. The total number of designers who have collected designs and files for registration is 116 participants. Of all the registrants who entered, the first judging process screened 22 participants. They are those who meet the requirements so that they can continue the next judging session.

Daikin Proshop Indonesia also involves all Indonesian people to participate. The public can choose one of their favorite works from the 22 Selected Works that will be broadcast on social media Instagram @daikinproshopindonesia.


On November 14 & 21, 2020, the judging session for the 22 Selected Works was conducted live online. The judging event for the Daikin Designer Awards Competition was broadcast live via the Daikin Proshop Indonesia Official Youtube.


The highlight of the event as well as the announcement of the winners of the Daikin Designer Awards Competition was held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel Jakarta on November 27, 2020. The winners are:


- First Place - Atelier Riri (Jakarta) with his work AL House Tangerang

- Second Place – Team of Three Architects (Solo) with his work Ayom Java Village Solo

- Third Place and 2nd Favorite Winner – H Design (Jakarta) with his work Nava Residence Tangerang

- 1st Favorite Winner – Mozaic Architects (Jakarta) with his work Lamp House Jakarta

- Winner of Instagram Likes – DHI (PT. Indonesian Residential Decoration) with his work Navapark Residence Tangerang


The holding of the Daikin Designer Awards Competition is a matter of pride for Daikin Proshop Indonesia. Moreover, this event coincided with the 50th Anniversary of Daikin Indonesia.


Through the Daikin Designer Awards Competition, Daikin Proshop Indonesia hopes to contribute to the progress of the construction industry, especially residential homes and inspire young designers to continue to improve design creativity. In addition, this event is also expected to be an inspiration to create works that consider utility aspects, including realizing good and quality air conditioning in the house for the comfort and health of its residents.

DAIKIN Gelar Program Apresiasi Bagi Teknisi

DAIKIN menggelar program apresiasi bagi teknisi. Bertajuk “ DAIKIN Installer Program ”, berlangsung sepanjang 6 bulan dari 2 Juni, program tersebut digelar bersamaan dengan satu tahun peluncuran AC Nusantara Prestige. “Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan apresiasi bagi para teknisi yang memiliki peran penting dalam kesuksesan penyebaran AC Nusantara Prestige sejak peluncurannya di tahun lalu. Sebagai pihak yang berhadapan langsung dengan pengguna, teknisi mengambil peran penting dalam memastikan kualitas pengerjaan instalasi dan perawatan terbaik bagi pengguna,” ungkap Alexander Eko Wibowo, General Manager Retail Sales PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia. Melalui program ini, DAIKIN memberi insentif khusus bagi tiap teknisi yang melakukan instalasi AC DAIKIN seri Nusantara Prestige. Berlangsung secara nasional selama enam bulan mulai 2 Juni 2026, melalui program ini, Daikin memberikan insentif pada kisaran Rp50.000 hingga Rp100.000 untuk setiap teknisi yang melakukan instalasi salah satu model AC Nusantara Prestige. Nusantara Prestige merupakan AC hunian perdana DAIKIN buatan pabriknya di Indonesia. Diperkenalkan pada Juni tahun lalu, seri AC DAIKIN ini memiliki tiga model. Ketiganya adalah ALPHA Inverter, BETA Inverter, dan SMS. Membawa label buatan Indonesia, kehadiran AC ini menjadi bentuk nyata DAIKIN dalam memberikan AC hunian yang sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat Indonesia dengan tetap mempertahankan standar kualitas Jepang yang menjadi reputasi DAIKIN selama ini.
