Pertemuan tersebut juga menjadi ruang membahas peluang kerjasama strategis antara DAIKIN dan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan. Tak hanya bagi penyediaan lapangan pekerjaan, namun pula pada upaya peningkatan kompetensi calon tenaga kerja. Dalam kesempatan tersebut, DAIKIN menyampaikan berbagai langkah yang telah dilakukan perusahaan terkait dengan upaya peningkatan kompetensi calon tenaga kerja.
