Improving Service, Daikin Opens Branch Office in Batam

BATAM, December 16, 2021 – Towards the end of the year, PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia is even more expansive in running its business in Indonesia. This can be seen from the inauguration of the latest branch office of the Japan-based air conditioning solution company in Batam. Occupying a four-story building at Ruko Palm Spring Blok A4 No 12.A JL Raya Haji Fisabilillah Taman Baloi, Batam, this representative office will include operational service support, showrooms to Daikin training center for Batam and its surroundings.

"This opening is part of our great effort to be faster and more precise in providing services to users and the people of Batam and its surroundings," said Ching Khim Huat, President Director of PT Daikin Air Conditioning Indonesia. He further stated that with this opening, Daikin was recorded to have had 13 official representatives spread across various cities throughout Indonesia.

As an official representative office, according to him, Daikin's office in Batam is not only focused on serving the needs for residential, but also for the needs of commercial buildings. This is inseparable from the completeness of the Daikin product line which also has a complete range for applications for various industrial needs. Especially for the Batam area, which is mostly an industrial area, Daikin is said to have a wide selection of the best air conditioning solutions such as Daikin Packaged and VRV.



These various air conditioning solutions, including air conditioning for home needs, will be displayed directly at the Daikin Xperience Zone, which is Daikin's showroom in its branch office.
